Fresh Relevance Reaches 200 Customer Milestone

2015 was as much about technology innovation as it was market and company growth (the company moved to a larger Head-Office in the Summer). Earlier in the year, its cart abandonment solution was revealed as the most recommended by members of the community.

The Social Proof SmartBlock enables online retailers to share real-time statistics with shoppers, showing what products and services have been recently viewed and/or purchased. Its new personalised coupon feature launched in November enables marketers and retailers to personalise the content of email coupons based on the behaviours of existing customers and new visitors, such as browsing habits on the website and recent purchases.
