Fresh Relevance Announces the Promotion of David Henderson to Chief Technology Officer

Former CTO and Co-Founder, Pete Austin, Appointed to new Chief Innovation Officer Role

Fresh Relevance, the marketing hub for online retailers, today announces that it has promoted David Henderson to the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Pete Austin, Co-Founder of the company, takes the new position of Chief Innovation Officer (CINO), with a remit to focus on the long-term vision for development of the Fresh Relevance platform.

Prior to his appointment, David led the Fresh Relevance development team, at its global head-office in Southampton, and has been instrumental in architecting and building the platform. Commenting on his new role, David states:

“At Fresh Relevance, we build software for the cutting edge of marketing. Our primary aim is to help marketers get awesome results by driving sales growth and strengthening customer engagement. I will continue to ensure that the feedback we receive, from our client-base of more than 250 organisations around the world, continues to provide the solid foundation which drives our ongoing development.”

CEO of Fresh Relevance, Mike Austin adds:

“David has been instrumental in designing, building and scaling our software platform since we started. Fresh Relevance operates in one of the fastest moving areas of SaaS and as our new CTO, David will lead the team by bringing all of his skills and experience, to keep us at the forefront of the marketing technology industry.”

As Fresh Relevance’s CINO, Pete Austin will use his wealth of experience in the market to focus on the longer-term vision of the company. He explains:
