Fresh Relevance Welcomes 2016/17 Cohort to its Successful Intern Programme

Join Marketing Hub for Online Retailers

Fresh Relevance, the marketing hub for online retailers, today announced that it has welcomed a new cohort to its successful intern programme. Now in its third year, the initiative sees BSc Marketing students at the University of Southampton University, Holly Smith and Theodora Osztrovszky, join the Fresh Relevance marketing team for a year-long placement. Smith and Osztrovszky will be under the guidance of Marketing Manager, Nanci Kelley, working from its Southampton and London offices.

Commenting on her internship, Holly Smith comments:

“During my placement I will be involved in updating Fresh Relevance’s prolific social channels, writing and publishing blog posts, updating the website, as well as producing marketing materials for the sales team.”

Theodora Osztrovszky adds:

“This placement is going to give me a deep insight of how marketing works in real life and I hope to gain a diverse knowledge not just one particular area within the field.  I will be working alongside Holly in generating marketing content, as well as getting involved in data collection and analysis.”

Marketing Manager at Fresh Relevance, Nanci Kelley comments:

“This is the third year Fresh Relevance has run it intern programme and it has been a great success for all involved. We take time to really train and mentor our interns, so that they leave the program with a real-world understanding of the business, helping to kick-start their professional careers upon graduation. In return we are rewarded with their fresh ideas and perspectives, creativity and curiosity, as well as their commitment and hard work.”

Last year, one of the Fresh Relevance interns had that opportunity to travel to North America, where the company is rapidly expanding its business, to learn more about the latest marketing technology innovations at a major conference.
