Glassbox Wins Fintech Finance Best Innovation in Regulation Gold Award

Glassbox has today been presented with the gold award for Best Innovation in Regulation. The accolade was given by Fintech Finance, a publication that provides leading financial services organisations around the world with reliable and accurate intelligence on emerging trends and breakthrough technologies.

In the past 12 months Glassbox has been prolific in the global financial services market and particularly in the field of regulatory compliance (RegTech) for which it has won this prestigious award.

Yaron Morgenstern, CEO at Glassbox states:

“We have been busy working with financial institutions to help them prepare for the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II) and the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (MiFIR), as well as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To have our innovation and hard-work in this area recognised by Fintech Finance through this award is a major achievement for the entire Glassbox team”

The Glassbox solution enables every digital session to be securely recorded, retrieved, and replayed, exactly as it was seen by the customer – or anyone visiting the website, even if they didn’t complete the session. It enables financial institutions to achieve the required standards for record keeping and related activities associated with digital channels demanded by MiFID II and MiFIR.

Ali Paterson, Executive Editor of Fintech Finance comments:

“I’m delighted to recognise Glassbox’s excellence with this award. By focusing not just on enabling compliance for compliance sake, they enable their customers to truly understand who their customers are, by using a level of technology that is unlike anything else on the market.”
