NICE Launches 2017 EMEA Customer Excellence Award Program

NICE today announced the launch of its 2017 NICE EMEA Customer Excellence Award Program. Nominations are now open for the prestigious awards which recognise excellence in enterprise engagement, business impact, customer experience and the use of analytics in the past 12 months.

The four 2017 NICE EMEA Customer Excellence Award Program categories are

  • Enterprise Engagement Excellence – Rewarding customers who have leveraged NICE WFO solutions to improve engagement and empowerment amongst the workforce.
     
  • Business Impact Excellence – This category recognises customers using NICE Enterprise solutions or services to drive measurable improvements supporting their business goals.
     
  • Customer Experience Excellence – This award acknowledges customers who have successfully implemented programs and technologies to improve customer satisfaction and experience with proven business results.
     
  • Analytics Excellence – This category recognises customers who have successfully leveraged analytics and achieved high user adoption rates and tangible business results.

The 2017 NICE EMEA Customer Excellence Awards Program is free to enter and open to all NICE customers across the EMEA region. Entries must be submitted no later than April 5, and winners will be publicly announced at NICE Interactions London 2017, which takes place on June 6, at IET Savoy Place, in London.
