Assured Clarity, the Risk Management and Data Protection company, today announced that its Managing Director, Carolyn Harrison, has been appointed the GDPR Ambassador to the Advisory Council of the recently launched Global Cyber Academy. Carolyn will use her extensive experience to advise on issues relating to the new EU regulation and wider data protection and privacy issues.
Launched at the Houses of Parliament in June, the London-based Global Cyber Academy is the world’s first dedicated cyber security academy for business communities. It offers diploma qualifications through courses including Global Security Management, Crisis Management and Identifying & Mitigating the Effects of Terrorism.
The Global Cyber Academy Advisory Council is an international collective of some of the most experienced cyber security and business resilience practitioners and policy-makers.
