EEMA the leading independent European think tank focused on identity, privacy and trust, today announced the cloud security pioneer, Cryptomathic, as Silver Sponsor for ISSE 2018 (Information Security Solutions Europe). The annual two-day conference and exhibition will take place on 6th and 7th November 2018 at the IBM head-quarters in Brussels.
This year ISSE focuses on ‘Securing Future European Business through Digital Transformation’. More than 350 senior decision-makers from IT, security, legal and general management functions from a wide range of commercial and public sector organisations across Europe are expected. Topics that will form part of the two-day education programme include: Artificial intelligence, blockchain implementations, business transformation models, cybersecurity, eIDAS, identity and trust.
In July, Cryptomathic announced that its remote qualified eSignature solution – Signer, is now certified as an eIDAS-approved Qualified Signature Creation Device (QSCD). At ISSE, Cryptomathic will showcase its products and solutions including Signer and its centralised cryptography management platform, Crypto Service Gateway. Cryptomathic’s subject matter experts will also contribute their expertise to the extensive education programme.
VP Global Marketing at Cryptomathic, Stefan Hansen comments: “We have participated in ISSE and other EEMA education programmes in the past and have always found them to be the ideal forum for our experts to speak with likeminded people, as well as showcase our technology capabilities, such as Signer and Crypto Service Gateway.”
Director of Special Projects, Roger Dean, comments: “Since joining EEMA in early 2017, Cryptomathic has embraced the many opportunities membership presents, including presenting in our flagship annual conferences in London and Paris, sponsoring ISSE 2017 and now ISSE 2018 in Brussels. We are delighted that this year they have chosen to be our Silver Sponsor.”
Now in its 20th year, ISSE will feature a two-day programme of presentations and discussion regarding the technical, commercial, organisational, legal and political challenges for information security, as well as privacy and data protection. ISSE 2018 is organised by EEMA in partnership with the international IT and information security cluster – LSEC. IBM Security Benelux will host the event at its head-quarters in Brussels, Belgium.
