OASIS Group Sponsors IRMS Conference 2019 to Focus the use of Artificial Intelligence in Records Management

The Information and Records Management Society (IRMS) today announced OASIS Group – one of the largest records and information management providers in Europe – as a sponsor of the IRMS Conference 2019 which takes place 19th – 21st May at the Celtic Manor Resort in Wales. The company will use the conference to focus on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimise and streamline business processes.

OASIS Group will host the ‘Sunday Social’ at the IRMS Conference 2019, which provides the perfect forum to meet industry colleagues in an informal setting to discuss the emerging technologies that can help to alleviate the various pain points experienced by records management professionals. Chair of the IRMS, Scott Sammons, states: “The Sunday Social is a highlight of our perennially popular Conference Fringe, for many of our members, so we are delighted that OASIS Group has chosen to support the event this year.”

“More and more companies are leveraging the opportunities that new-age technologies offer and most notably Artificial Intelligence,” explains Group Marketing Manager at OASIS, Jade Miles. “Businesses are able to optimise and streamline their processes to increase efficiency, profitability and ensure their organisations thrive in the competitive marketplace.”

The topic of AI and process optimisation will be addressed by the Regional Vice President of Kofax UK and Ireland, Jim Close, in a presentation focusing on ‘The Power of Cognitive Document Automation’. The session takes place 11.15am – 11.45am on Monday 20th May.
